I emailed them last year when their vegemince disappeared
off the shelves, explaining that I really missed it and Quorn mince wasn’t a patch on theirs. (I actually said I
wouldn’t give it to a dog!) They replied promptly; apparently there was some
sort of a manufacturing problem which they hoped to get sorted by Christmas.
Lo and behold, just before Christmas they emailed again to
say their vegemince was back in the shops and they’d like to send a small token
of their appreciation for my patience. I was astonished to receive a very nice
shopping voucher!
